Frequently asked questions about Citizen Sites.

• How much does Citizen Sites cost?

  $22 per month. One plan, full platform, no add-on tiers.

• Do you provide a domain?

  No. You register and renew your own domain with the registrar of your choice, and you keep full ownership of it. Once you have it, connect it from the Domain page in your portal and we give you the exact DNS records to add. Your subscription does not include the cost of a domain.

• Can I cancel anytime?

  Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month and you can cancel from the portal at any time.

• Is there a free trial?

  Yes, 14 days. You can build your whole site during the trial. Publishing it and connecting your domain are part of the paid plan, so those two wait until you subscribe.

• What integrations do you support?

  Google Calendar for events, Planning Center for forms and people, and YouTube for sermon videos. Stripe handles your subscription payment to us and nothing else.

• Can we take donations through our site?

  You can link out to whichever giving provider you already use, from any page. We do not process donations ourselves, we never see donor data, and we are not the merchant of record for your giving.

• Do you track our visitors?

  We count how many people visit your site, which pages they read, and where they came from. There is no cookie, no advertising pixel, and nothing that identifies a person. Your site loads no third party trackers unless you add one yourself.
